T4,T3,TSH, थायराइड प्रोफाइल

T4, T3, and TSH tests are blood tests used to evaluate thyroid function.

T4 (thyroxine) is a hormone produced by the thyroid gland that helps regulate metabolism. T3 (triiodothyronine) is another hormone produced by the thyroid gland that plays a similar role in metabolism. TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) is a hormone produced by the pituitary gland that stimulates the thyroid gland to produce T4 and T3.

A T4 test measures the level of T4 in the blood, which can help diagnose hypothyroidism (an underactive thyroid gland) or hyperthyroidism (an overactive thyroid gland).

A T3 test measures the level of T3 in the blood, which can also help diagnose hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism.

A TSH test measures the level of TSH in the blood, which can help diagnose thyroid problems such as hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, or a pituitary gland problem.

These tests are often done together to get a complete picture of thyroid function. Abnormal results may indicate an underlying thyroid problem that requires further evaluation and treatment.
